I was a new to industry broker in late 2022 and decided to attend the Lendd mentoring / monthly training program. I found the training worthwhile as not only was there good content discussed, but the feedback from other brokers around the table was worth its weight in gold. Being a broker, especially a solo broker, can be quite isolated, so being able to have a group of other mortgage brokers, that you could hear 'war' stories about or share your experiences was very rewarding.
